Three/four stations plastic thermoforming machine for electronic tray
The multistage thermoforming machine is the latest research and development which introduced through Germany technology for plastic flexible packaging including foods, electronics and other innovative products. This machine has the heating, forming, punching, cutting, stacking and counting functions. The highest speed in the production is up to 3 seconds per mould, and there are all servo control system, coupled with the overall advanced automation system, which can be adapted to a variety of sheets. The model has the most humanized replacement structure of mold ,it can greatly shorten the time of changing moulds.With the advantages of the advanced heating system,the intelligent module temperature control,fast forming speed,high degree of safety and sanitation,low energy consumption, low noise and low cost,greatly earned the high appraisal of the broad customers.

How is the machine manufactured?
The three stations thermoforming machine is manufacturering now.

The advantages of this machine:
1.) new type of electric furnace, the upper and lower furnace heating frame all use stainless steel with heat insulation plate material design, weight, low cost, fast heat, simple appearance.
2.) The heater adopts the Sino British joint venture ceramic infrared radiation heater, and the imported solid state relay has contactless output, which ensures fast heating up, high precision, stable and temperature control error ±1℃.
3.) This machine can be widly adapt to the plastic packaging materials such as PLA, PS, PET, PP, PVS, ABS etc. Products range contains all kinds of bowl, cover, box, tray, dish, medicine and industry blister packaging.
4.) The flat holes punching together with edge cutting, except the slide holes.
