Description

 

Wood-plastic products is as a substitute for traditional wood products, greatly reduce the demand for wood. According to the demand,SKY WIN is the earliest factory who have developed and research the one step and two step WPC extrusion machine .  

 

Raw Material: 28-45%Recycled or Virgin PE/PP, 50-65%wood with additives

Flowchart for PE/PP+65%wood outdoor profiles production:

1.Wood chips milled into powder with SWMF400, if wood is wet, dry in SWGZ40

2.Wood powder, PE/PP and additives mixed together in SWHL500/1000 

3. Make WPC granules with WPC Parallel Twin-screw Pelletizing Line SWMSZ-L3  

4. Extrude WPC profiles from granules with SWMSX-3 WPC conical twin-screw extrusion lines (or Co-extrusion with on-line embossing for final products)

5. Sand and brush on surface of WPC profiles with SWSG400B

6. Emboss on surface of WPC profiles with SWYH120

7. Crush the waste products into pcs  for re extrusion.
