* We suggest you to choose double RO system, if your raw water's TDS is over than 1000ppm.

* The best water temperature for the machine is 25℃. The RO membrane will stop producing pure water when the temperature decrease to 0℃.

Technology of Chemical Water Treatment:

1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.

2. Quartz sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect

3. Active carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.

4. Softener filter--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.

5. Security filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is usually 5um or 1um.

6. High pressure pump-- Provide pressure to RO membrane.

7. RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions. The accuracy is 0.0001-0.001um.

8. PLC touch screen-- intelligent operation

 

Other optional configuration:

* EDI module: steadily produce 10-15MΩ.cm ultrapure water.

* Mixed bed resin: steadily produce 10-18.25MΩ.cm ultrapure water.

* UF membrane: 5000/8000dalton; filtrate bacteria, endotoxin and virus.

* Disinfection system: UV lamp, ozone generator, pasteurization, electric heating, etc.

* Water supply system: transporting water from pure water tank to water take points.
