PTC Water Heating Tube for Room Warming.

Some samples of uses. 

Room warming PTC water heating tube can be used in room warming, ground heating, warming for vegetables planting shed, warming for livestock shed. The water is circulated through PTC heating tube, water pipe, and the radiator, or under the floor. And then, the heat will be released to the room, and warm the room.

Room warming PTC water heating tube is longer lifetime and safer than wire electric heating tube.

1) PTC heating tube is very suitable for long lifetime and high safety products.

2) The heating power of PTC very different with different operating conditions. The higher is the temperature of water, the lower is the heating power. The larger is the water flowing rate, the higher is the heating power.

3) In order to reduce incrustant, faster water flow is favorable, and making heating tube with lower power density is suitable.

Note:

1)The PTC heating tube can be operated without water. It can be used with incrustant on it. It does not damage.

2)Supplied voltage can be 24~72Vdc for solar panel,220~240V single phase,380V three phase.

3)The length of heating tube could be 200~600mm,the longer is the length, the larger is the power. The water connector could be 1/2”,3/4”,1” screw,or other connector.

4)For one tube, the power could be 2~10KW, and for larger power, multi tubes could be used with series or parallel water connection.

5)The outlet water temperature would be affected by heating power, flowing rate of water, heat dispersion.

6)Water pipe could be aluminum, copper, brass, SUS. Aluminum pipe might be corroded in some water with chloridion or some impurity. Copper or brass has very good anti-corrosion in water. SUS is better in corroded water.

7)Heating tube with straight aluminum, copper, brass, SUS, without SUS out shell and heat-insulation, the heating effect is around 94.5%;with SUS out shell and heat-insulation, the heating effect is around 96.5%;for immerging and flowing heating tube, the heating effect is around 99.0%.

8)Heating tube with double-insulation could reduce leakage electricity very effectively.
