What information do you need to process my inquiry?

Please provide us the following information to process the inquiry, sample and the order production.
- Product name, quantity, material, size, color, packing, printing, embossing, engraving or any other requirements.
- Artwork of logo or design. We can also make or modify artwork, if needed, and will send it to you to get your confirmation.
- Shipment by sea, air or by courier/express delivery. Information about destination where you want the delivery of goods, especially in case of C&F or CIF delivery terms.
- Any other important information.

I don't have complete information at the moment? What should I do?

It is good idea to contact us even if you don't have complete information. We can discuss your requirements with you, find and offer you solutions, make the required product and deliver it to you according to your satisfaction.

What is your sample policy? Is free sample available? 

The free sample facility is available to the customer paying the shipping charges. Free sample service depends on the product type and required processes. The sample lead-time is 7-10 days. The cost related to sample can be refunded if buyer places the order that meets our requirement of minimum order quantity.

What is the order lead-time? Can you deliver the goods earlier?

The order lead-time is 25 days after the sample and order confirmation and the receipt of advance payment. The delivery time depends on the order quantity. We also offer faster delivery plans to customers who need urgent goods delivery.

Can you personalize the product? Do you provide customization/OEM/ODM services?

We can personalize designs, logos, themes, event name, club title etc. The requirements about material, size, color, printing and packing etc. can also be customized. We provide OEM/ODM/trade bespoke services to companies, brands, clubs, teams and schools for bulk orders as well as individual bespoke service for one off designs. 

What measures do you take to maintain the product quality?

We apply effective quality control procedures at step of production and shipment of products. Our quality control teams test, inspect, verify and provide feedback to quality assurance and production departments to ensure consistent high level quality of products and services. 

What are the shipping options? Do you offer express delivery?

The goods can be shipped to all over the world by sea or air cargo. We can arrange worldwide door-to-door express delivery of products from Pakistan to the destination by courier services of DHL, UPS, FEDEX or EMS.

What are the delivery terms?

Our delivery terms are FOB Sialkot airport or Karachi seaport, Pakistan and C&F/CIF port of destination. We would require information about shipment destination where you want the delivery of goods.

What are the payment terms?

70% advance deposit is required after order confirmation and 30% balance will be deposited by buyer at the time of shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept money transfer by Western Union, MoneyGram and Xpress Money etc. It is also possible to pay, especially for large order value, through bank-to-bank T/T transfer, credit or debit cards transfers.
