1. Problem:   It's not normal to start without reset and self-test.

    Reason:    Motherboard, aperture board and signal line problems.

    Solution:   Step by step check the motherboard, signal line, plotter, light control board.

2. Problem:  The engraving depth is uneven…

    Reason:   The water circulation problem did not work, and the optical path was shifted.

    Solution:   Shut down and wait for 1 hour, restart the water circulation until the water flowed out

                     from the water pipe, and then turn on and dim the light.

3. Problem:  There is no voltage on startup.

    Reason:   The safety pipe of the power outlet of the machine was damaged.

    Solution:   Replace the insurance control.

4. Problem:  The depth of engraving is too shallow.

     Reason:  The laser beam is not in the center of the exit or the lens is too dirty.

    Solution:   Adjust the light path and clean the lens.

5. Problem:  The engraving is vague.

    Reason:   The focusing lens is reversed or the focal length is not right.

    Solution:   Align the lens and adjust it to the prescribed focal length.

6. Problem:   Machine discharges and fires.

    Reason:    The connection is not well contacted or the air is too humid, and there is dust at the

                     end of the connection.

    Solution:   Connect the wires, clean up the dust, ventilate and dry…

7. Problem:   Engraving in disorder or stop carving.

    Reason:    Electrostatic interference motherboard or signal transmission error.

    Solution:   Install and check ground wires, replace data lines or computers.
