The Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) was perfected in the mid-1920s by the Swedish architect and inventor Dr.Johan Eriksson.
The AAC is a lightweight, non-baked material produced from the common raw materials lime, sand, cement and water, and a small amount of expansion agent. After mixing and casting, it is then cured under heat and pressure to create its unique properties.
AAC block is a new type of environment-friendly and lightweight building material which is made of fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminium powder. Autoclaved aerated concrete block is one kind of aerated concrete products, it can take different processes according to the raw material category and quality.
Today, AAC has become one of the most used building materials in the world. In many countries, AAC blocks account for over 70% of the total wall materials used in construction industry.
In Vietnam, the application of AAC blocks in civil and industrial construction works has been increasingly popular in recent years and encouraged by the Government through the insurance of many relevant regulations and circulars.
In order to suit the different requirements of design, technical specifications, aesthetics as well as the functional utility of the construction works, we can customize and produce different dimensions and compressive strengths of EBLOCK blocks corresponding to TCVN 7959:2011 Standard.
Base on technical requirements and design, we classify EBLOCK blocks according to size and specifications.
(Other non-standard dimensions and specifications required by the construction works can be manufactured on individual orders)
Advantages
♥ Lightweight : density of AAC block is 400-700kg/m3,1/3 of solid clay blocks, 1/5 of common concrete blocks.
♥ Fire proof : main materials of AAC blocks are inorganic. it has features of keeping temperature, resisting fire and
releasing no harmful gas.
♥ Sound insulation noise reduction :with distinctive large quantities of pores inside, AAC blocks have great sound insulation, its sound insulation index of 100mm thick can achieve 40.8db
♥ Good heat preservation, energy saving : with a large number of pores inside, AAC blocks have good heat preservation
♥ Reducing project cost and Convenient construction : surface of AAC blocks are smooth, it needn't plastering , lots of decoration costs will be saved. It can be sawed, cut, drilled freely and bound with other building materials which is favorable for building
♥ Anti-seismic :AAC blocks have light weight, so it have low inertia and good performance on anti-seismic
♥ Environmental protection :slag, flyash, mine waste and other industrial wastes can be used as raw material of ALC panel, which is friendly to environment

We apply a strict quality control procedure as refer to European Standards in our factory to ensure the quality of any single block delivered to the site in the most perfect condition.
All raw materials are carefully selected from reputable suppliers. The manufacturing process is set up with a lot of automations by latest German technology in order to bring outstanding quality to our products.
We understand hat a truly "GREEN" and Environmentally friendly product must be produced from a truly "Factory".
We have achieved some certificates, such as: VIETCERT (ISO 9001:2015), VIETCERT (ISO 14001:2015), VIETCERT (TCVN 7959:2011), VIETNAM BUILDING COUNCIL etc.
COMPRESSION TEST
Compressive strength of our AAC is 500- 750 psi. Being a non-load bearing material, such compression strength is far more superior considering the fact that average compression strength of non-load bearing concrete hollow blocks is 350 psi.
FIRE RATING TESTS
AAC blocks and panels will not burn if subjected to fire. Fire rating of AAC is 4 hours which is double the average fire rating of 2 hours for other masonry materials.
SOUNDPROOF TESTS
AAC blocks and panels have superior sound reduction qualities that inhibits transmission of sound. For 100mm thickness, sound reduction is 44 dB (decibels) while for 150mm thickness, sound reduction is 55 dB (decibels)
SCREW PULL-OUT TEST/SINGLE POINT HANGING POWER TEST
AAC blocks and panels are most suited for wall mounting requirements. It can withstand heavy loads without the risk of screws losing its anchor. With a 1.50 inch screw fully inserted on an AAC block or panel, it can withstand a load of 80 kilograms before the screw will fail on the material.
WATER MOISTURE AND ABSORPTION
AAC blocks and panels have low moisture and water absorption qualities. Inherent average moisture of the material is 4.70 percent while average water absorption in a 24 hour period is 9 percent.
THERMAL REDUCTION
AAC material has outstanding thermal reduction properties. It does not absorb heat due to its physical properties. This will therefore reduce HVAC costs in the long term.

AAC PANELS
Made with cement, lime, silica sand as raw materials, with reinforcing bars treated with anti-rust coating. These panels are produced with high-temperature, and high-pressure curing.
it's a silicate plate of high performance, and has many incomparable merits like exceptional fire resistance, sound insulation, and thermal reduction. It can be used as external wall panels, partition panels (internal walls), roof panels, and floor panels.
