UV coated fully birch plywood.

 

Russian birch plywood is very strong with the ability to hold metal knives and other special tools for very long time.

Strength of Russian birch plywood derives from using only birch for all plies (layers) of plywood.

Birch grown in North of Russia is very strong material providing extreme strength to the plywood.

 

Type of glue: Interior (Moisture Resistant) friendly for laser cutting.

Grade: BB/BB
Available grades: B/BB, BB/BB, BB/CP, CP/CP sanded from two sides.

Main areas of using UV coated plywood are:

1. Dieboard production. Grades BB/BB and BB/CP are used for this application. Most common variant of UV coating is one side coating with 2 layers. We quoted BB/BB grade plywood in this product placement. (UV1)
2. Furniture manufacturing. Brades B/BB, BB/BB and BB/CP are most common for this application.
   Number of layers is usually 3 from 2 sides. (UV2)

Special features:

1. This plywood is very flat
2. Thickness calibration  is + 0,3 mm

Size: 1525*1525 mm (5*5)

Thickness from 6 up to 21 mm under customer specifications.
