A2: Yes, we offer samples but international air-freight bear by customer.

Q3: Do we need to pay for the samples?

A3: We usually offer free samples if amount is not big; For OEM project which costs higher sculpture and moulding costs, we charge the sampling costs, this costs can be refund to customer after confirmation of order if quantity reach our OEM MOQ.

Q4: Can you make our own design?

A4: Yes. We have a talent team with rich experience in design and manufacturing. We can issue an artwork according to your material or idear, or make sculpture according to your artwork.

Q5: How long can I get the sample?

A5: Normally samples can be ready within dispatch in 5 -10 days for our own existed design.

For your OEM design, it takes 15-20 days.

Q6: What about the lead time for mass production?

A6: Usually the shipment date is 45 - 60 days after the order confirmation.
