Description
ADVANTAGE OF SERVO MOTOR FILLING MACHINE
1 Our filling machine is the servo motor controlling the Piston, you can set up the different filling volume by touch screen
2 As for the Liquid Soap, we will use the diving nozzle (Filling from bottle bottom and go up slowly) to avoid the foam during filling
3 PLC and touch screen controlling
4 Including 200L tank on the top of the machine.
5 For the servo motor filling machine, the customer can set up the different liquid level by punching in the screen
In order to avoid the foam when filling, you can set the 3 step filling speed. Such as 500ml filling volume
At the first filing speed (Forepart): Filing speed:10 Rotary/Min Filling volume 50ml
At the second filling speed ( Middle Part): Filling speed: 20 Rotary/min Filling volume: 400ml
At the Third filling speed( last Part), Filling speed: 10 Rotary/Min, Filing Volume:50ml

Terms of payment: 30% down payment, the 70% balance be paid before shipment

Guarantee time: 1 year since the customer accepts the goods
Packing: the machine will be packed in standard export wooden case.
After-sale service:
