LIER flake ice machine, automatic control, can control the machine through remote distance by PC.
Semi-automatic Mobile Ice Storages are installed in 40-ft. containers, including an insulated storage room, leveling screw and air cooling unit. The ice storage can be transported like a standard container on a truck - thus it is easily to shift it anywhere in the world.

The ice storage is filled automatically and the ice is distributed evenly in the container via a screw. The ice discharge is carried out manually via an open trough discharge screw. This is the most economical way of storing dry flake ice.


The Mobile Ice Storages are equipped with fully automatic rake and conveyor system as well as a air cooling unit. They are prefabricated in rigid steel frames or a container with double-wall insulation. The size of the ice storage depends on its holding capacity but starts with a 40-ft. container up to a steel frame of approx. 15 m length and 4.5 m width. This means, all containerized ice plants of KTI perfectly fit to be placed upon a Mobile Ice Storage.

A. Installation for ice machine:

 1). Installing by the user: we will test and install the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.

 2).Installing by LR engineers:

 (1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. 

 (2) the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be prepared before our engineers’ arrival. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List and relative material for installation should be prepared in advance.

 (3) During installation period,  2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation project.

B. Warranty:

1) 12 months warranty after delivery.

2)Professional after-sales department to provide 24/7 technical support, all complaints should be replied within 24 hours.

3)Over 10 engineers available to service machinery overseas.

4)Free spare parts replacement within warranty period if any damage due to quality problem.
