Product describe

Hard Drawn Low Carbon Wire has been cold drawn to the required diameter and not subjected to any subsequent treatment process. Often used for plating and coating, it is important that the surface finish of the wire is clean and smooth. It will take moderate bending or flattening, machineability is fair and the wire can be roll threaded. OneSteel Wire have developed a range of products for high speed 2D and 3D bending machines including Truform and Hiform.

 

OneSteel Galvanised Wire metallic zinc coatings applied by the galvanising process are an effective way of combating corrosion in steel. Galvanised wire for general manufacturing purposes is available in a standard galvanised coating or a heavy galvanised coating. Intermediate Galvanised and Heavy Galvanised coatings are also available on request.

Standard galvanised coatings are smoother, however less corrosion resistant than heavy galvanised coatings
