Yes, you can get samples with charges. Sample fee could be returned when large order placed.

Q: Can you help with the design?

Q: What's the trade term and payement term?
30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negotiated.
Q: May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
Q: What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
Q: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 30 workdays by sea.
Q: How do you compute the shipping charges?
We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. and CBM when quote.
