A: printing unit :

1,Printing roller

1) The outer diameter :320mm, (including the printing plate)
2) The steel tube surface grinding , hard chrome plating.
3) Adopt computer dynamic balancing correction, steady operation.


2. The printing press roller

1) The steel tube surface grinding , hard chrome plating.
2) Adopt computer dynamic balancing correction, steady operation
3)The printing press roller gap dial manual adjustment, adjustment range 0-12mm .


3. Steel anilox roller:

1)mesh number: 200, 220,240, 250. (mesh optional)
2) Steel pipe surface grinding, suppress anilox, hard chromium plating.
3) Adopt computer dynamic balancing correction, steady operation.,Smooth and steady operation, mesh point is consistent, dip in ink uniform.
4)Anilox roller wedge type overrunning clutch, distributing ink and wash ink is convenient and swift.



4. Rubber roller:

1) Steel pipe surface parcel wear-resisting rubber, and do correction balance.
2) Rubber roller middle high is the special grinding, ink transfer effect is good.
3)Rubber hardness is: 60-65 degrees.


5. Phase adjustment mechanism: Printing phase electric digtal 360 degree adjustment,(motion and stop all can be adjusted) .


6. Ink circulation

1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump, ink stability, convenient operation and maintenance.
2)ink filter, filtering impurities.


7. Printing phase fixing device

1) Cylinder type brake device .
2) When the machine separate adjustment phase, the brake institutions limit the machine running, keeping the original gear fixed point position,means when the units are separate ,the printing rollers do not move.


8.Lubrication Oil supply device: mechanical oil pump, automatically spray lubrication ,to prolong the using life of the gears .

11.Automatic pneumatic lift and down printing plate device, printing anilox roller lift and down also (computer delay), avoid printing plate dip in ink for many times, and avoid the printing plate wear ,if no paperboard through ,then the printing plate will not drop down .

12.Ink distribution is electrically controlled ,to ensure the ink will not dry if short time no work ,pneumatic lift up the printing plate device and the Ink distribution electrically is joint control .

1.Wooden die roller:

3)Apply to cutting die height 25.4 mm



2.Rubber roller :

2)Balance correction, increase the running stability

3)rubber thickness is 10mm , width is 250mm

4) rubber is from MaxDura from TAIWAN , convenient installation, the die cutting time can up to 120 million times.



3.Horizontally move ,repair device :

1)Mechanical horizontal 40mm move device, die-cutting uniform linear speed automatic compensation of weighing, can make the die cutting rubber even wear, prolong service life.

2)Repair the use of electric repair device, improve the rubber repeat utilization rate, can repair 3-4 times.

3)Die-cutting roller automatic pneumatic separation device, reduce wear rubber pad, thus improve the service life .
