It is fully automatic production including cup feeding,servo-driven filling,quantitative vibration filling,nitrogen filling, film release, sealing and product output.Moreover,it can be added other functions as customers'requirement, such as CIP cleaning system,automatic feeding control, blowing, vacuuming, sterilization by UV lamp, filling powder vacuumly, adding cover, air purification, print code and PLC control system.

1. The filling machine adopts screw servo-driven filling and quantitative vibration filling to filling power.

2. The filling machine work in an isolated air environment and it fill nitrogen before sealing film to ensure that the oxygen is less than 1%.

3. The filling machine automatically feed the cup.

4.With cup feeding detection, it will stop filling if not cups. With the gravity sensing detection, it will automatically replenish with the pressure volume, when the air pressure and nitrogen pressure are insufficient, the machine will stop and alarm.

5. The hopper and the filling part adopt an easy-disassembled structure, which is convenient for cleaning the residual powder.

6.The filling machine will add inner paper sleeve into cup automatically to protect the powder from external substance. 

The filling machine is mainly used for filling and sealing of coffee capsule. It is specially developed as characteristics of solid powder, which is completely different from the traditional powder filling and sealing machine which is modified on the basis of liquid filling machine.
