Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a factory with our own foundry, machining, assembly, test and packing.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Products are arranged to orders, we guarantee all buyers will receive the brand new manufactured products.In general, it is about 30-35 days. However, the actual lead time depends on the latest production schedule, required models and quantity.

Q3: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we accept sample order. The cost of sample is discussable, but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q4: How long is the delivery time for samples?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods are not in stock, it is 15-20 days, the actual time depends on the required models and quantity.

Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Any acceptable payment on the platform is ok. E.g., credit card, Paypal, T/T wiring, e-checking, etc.
