Anise Seeds

Anise is a plant harvested in July and August. It is a member of the parsley family and its leaves are rounded. Its color is white. The roots of anise are thin and have a very short spindle shape. The stem is round and 50-70 cm tall; the upper part is branched. The flowers are located at the ends of the branches and are umbrella-shaped. It is a spice used in French, Indian, Hispanic and Scandinavian cuisine.
