Before order --inquiry/quotation Sample set up & confimed
1. You send inquiry and details to us;
2. Our professional quotation back , or contact to confirm more details;
3.Confirm price ,artwork, payment ,delivery time and shipping ect.
4. Sample set up ,and take photos or delivery to client to check ;
5. Approved sample ,or redo samples,follow customer's update change or comments until confirmed;
Confirmed order--PO,PI, Deposit Payment
6.Confirm order, you can start order online from Alibaba's Trade Assurance;
7. You can send the order to us by E-mail , we send the Proforma Invoice with seal;
8. Customer make the payment for deposit and send the bank receipt to us;
Produce order--
9.Initial Production stage : Inform customer we got the deposit and prepare to purchase the raw material for mass production ;
10.Middle Production stage: Send photos to sutomer to show the produce line ,and estimated the delivery time again,and ask for the forwarder informtion to prepare booking ship for customer ;
11.End producetion stage : Send the sample/ mass production photos and real samples to client for approval . The customer also can arrange inspection for the mass goods.
12. After approval the goods ,then we can delivery the goods to warehouse for shipping.
13. We will infom customer the ship date , and send the copy B.L customs clearance docs. for balance payment;
14. After we get the balance payment , will telex release the B.L or send the original B.L docs to client for custom clearance work;
Finish order
15. Order can be say "finish" when you or your clients received the goods and satisfied with them and our service.
