Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
And we don't provide one ton of sample. Some guy asked me to send him one ton sample to Europe. I said No.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% before production, 70% upon landing.
If we like you, you can pay 100% upon landing.
