Hydrosols make great toners and cleansers. They are also often used for the treatment of spots, sores, cuts, grazes and new piercings. Chamomile can be used to soothe skin and reduce irritation.

Benefits & Uses
Anesthetic and anti-inflammatory. Soothes skin irritations, promotes quick healing. Relieves restlessness, stress, irritability, nervousness, anger, anxiety, depression and insomnia but should not be used in large   doses unless you plan on sleeping! Highly sedative but in small amounts can be a great pain reliever of inflamed joints, muscle pain and intestinal spasms.
