Description

high speed single screw extruder is mainly designed for client who want high output for PE PP ABS PPR PS material melting & extrusion. 

equiped with different auxiliary machinery, it can produce pipes, profile, sheets, PVC/WPC and so on products. 

 

 

hish speed single screw extruder mainly including below parts:

 

1. SIEMENS brand driving motor

it supplying the power for extruder running. 

 

 

2. gearbox,  stable transfer motor power to screw.

 

this machine adopt high torque Gearbox, which body is whole set manufacturing at one time.

 

 

 

3. screw & barrel with ceramic heater & force cooling fan.

this part is main part dealing the material, including melting, Transportation, equiped with different die working together get different shape products.

the screw & barrel made of 38CrMoAlA, nitriding process & all BenK used are Bi-metallic type, which is more hard to afford high percentage Carbonated cacilum material, increase the screw working life, get more profit for client. 

as well as ceramic heater used which can short the pre-heating time and keep more longer working life. 

when barrel over heated, together with OMRON temperature controller the force cooling fan will start automatic and shortly working to cool a little the barrel to keep it working in stable temperature.

 

 

 

 

4. electric control cabinet

All BenK's extruder use same electric parts of their machine. 

ABB inverter, Crydom SSR, Schneider motor over load protector, OMRON temperature controller, Schnerder contactor & buttons. 

If you need PLC, our standard is SIEMENS, the HMI is SIMART2000 size 12.7.
