A: Sample:3-5days; small quantity: 15-20days; large order: 20-25days; according to quantity.
Q2: Is it all right to make customers’own brand name?
A: That’s all right to make your own brand name.
Q3: Is it available for samples?
A: yes, of course. sample is free, and you may pay freight cost. that would be easonable.
Q4:Is there a middle man draining your profit?

Q5. Does it matter how much water I put? Is it safe to use smaller (pod) water bottles?
Usually it is suggested to put about 90% full of the cup/bottle. Because if too full,
as the generated hydrogen will increase the air pressure, the water will probably splash out.
Smaller water bottles is available, as long as the water is around 90% full.
Q6:How to place an order?
1. Sample approval.
2. Client makes 50% deposit after receiving our PI.
3. Client approves our pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary.
4. Mass Production.
5. Arrange shipment.
6. Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents.
7. Client effect balance payment.
8. Supplier sends original documents or telex release the good.
