Quality of processing of a Ball and Seat allows to provide leakproofness of Valve couple(Ball+Seat) with a vacuum pressure not less than 0,1 kgfs/cm2 within one minute. Requirements for API: Valve couple(Ball+Seat) has to provide leakproofness at vacuum pressure of 0,65 kgfs/cm2 within 10 seconds.
The smooth surface allows to reveal small scratches and surface damages which can lead to future corrosion. It allows to increase the time of use of valve couple(Ball+Seat). Also, it allows to use the pump's at oil extraction in severe conditions.
