Q: Do your company accept OEM and ODM orders?
A: Yes, we have strong ability to produce OEM orders and also all our engineers with more than 15 years experiences in weighing technology, then we welcome all ODM cooperation, too.
Q: What's your quality control system and the warranty?
A: We don't make the low quality products, most of our weighing products with CE, OIML, NTEP and other certificates, all test weights available with ISO17025 certificates also. For the warranty, just an example of our weighbridges, only our company can give10 years warranty for the platforms (TSB model)!
Q: Your prices look higher than other companies? Our market is very competitive.
A: As above point, we don't make the low quality products and then we keep all best components for our scales, example, no other scale companies are use RN41 Bluetooth module and most of our LCD display of FSTN materials. But, we are still produce 1-2 models of each type of our products in best price range, to assure our partner can get good competition in their market.
Q: If the products get problem, how's the solution and technical support?
A: If only few units, the warranty term is no doubt for replacement immediately, if for more units, we will give the 7x24 technical support to solve it in time, also we do accept return of goods, our slogan is that THINK FOR CUSTOMERS!
