Q: Does the touch screen require software to enable it to work on my PC?

A: Our Touch products supports Microsoft Windows7/8/10/XP, Linux and Android

 operating systems and it’s pnp. If you are using any other operating system, our engineer 

manager will discuss this with you and ensure all the systems meet all of your requirements.

Q: When I use the touchscreen, the mouse cursor doesn't follow my touch,

 how can I fix that?

A: If the mouse cursor doesn't correspond to the location of your touch,then you will need to run 

calibration or upgrade the firmware. If the issueis still cann’t be dealt with,our engineer will figure 

it out for you and discuss with you to solve this problem to your satisfactory.

Q: Will these touch screens connect to any PC?

A: Yes, the touchscreen connects to any PC with a standard VGA/DVI/HDMI video port and a 

serial (RS-232) or USB port.

Q:What is your warranty period?

A:  12month warranty is a standard for all the products sold to customers.

2-3 years Warranty (optional).

Q: What’s your minimum order quantity?
