1. Can I visit DOMO factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

Dear Friend, it is a great honor to invite you to visit DOMO factory.Our factory is based on JInhua City, zhejiang province, which is 1.5 hours’ drive away from Hangzhou. We can arrange our driver to pick you up in Hangzhou airport.

2. What is the payment term?1) T/T 30% deposit in advance before production, the balance payment before shipment. Besides, L/C, D/P, Western Union, PayPal for your selection.EXW paid by USD or RMB cash. We will offer you details on the PI.

3. How long does delivery take?

After receive the deposit (usually upon notification of T/T)- Sample order: within 10 days;- Trial order: within 15 days (QTY<50pcs);- Official order: within 30 days (QTY>100pcs);- 20FT container: 25-30 days;- 40HQ container: 35-40days.

4. Can you arrange the shipping?

Of course, we have steady cooperated forwarder to arrange the shipping if you need. 

5. Is OEM acceptable?

Yes. OEM & ODM accepted. Please email us for details.

6. Can your factory print our brand on the package?

Yes, we can. Please provide us a "logo usage authorization letter" to allow us to print the logo on the products.

7. Can your factory make customized products?

We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.

8. What the product Certification does your factory have?

We have CE certification for European countries.

9. How is your factory production capability?

DOMO factory has a full production line including automatic injection line, Cutting line, Polishing line, CNC Line, Infrared bridge cutting machine, Water jet machine. We can manufacture products up to 5000pcs per month.
