Fiber Hydro Extractor Machine

MACHINE MAIN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:


• Machine ø 1525 mm length (depth) 600 mm. Or 1800 mm dia

• Machine basket AISI 304 ST material made.

• Inner basket thickness 4 mm, outer basket thickness3 mm.

• Main motor 22 KW/h 1500 rpm.

• Basket forced by 4 pcs 10 mm ST strength hoops.

• Fiber cakes from dyeing machine put with their carrier plates to machine.

• Machine has double covers with safety devices. Inner cover has slide type locks easy to use.

• Bearing block and conic in basket cast steel based production.

• In bearing block, there are 2 SKF or FAG mark bearings are used and all static and dynamic loads covered.

• Motor is inverter controlled.

• Brake system; is worked by inverter dynamic brake system.

• After loading the machine, the cover is opened and closed by operator manually.

• Machine is on tripod type hardened moveable joints and steel springs.

• There are two mechanic and dynamic balance switches on machine. If any balance occurs, machine reduces its speed and gives alarm.

• After working process, machine automatically breaks and the cover pneumatically opened.

• Process time is easily adjusted on device in control panel.

• Control panel is stainless steel made, PLC controlled.


MACHINE DESCRIPTION

Cedit hydro extractor machine is modular type construction.

Machine working time is adjustable and full automatic. It is equipped with different alerts.



OUTER BASKET



• Stainless steel material production. It is easily installed and re installed to bottom plate.



INNER BASKET



• All parts are produced as required diameters and pitches from stainless steel material.



STAYS – MACHINE LEGS



• The stays that machine body installed are special designed and they have capability absorption for possible vibrations.

• All shaft and materials are special produced high resisting steel production.


COVERS

• All parts are produced completely from stainless steel material. Open – close operation is done by pneumatic system.

• For safety, the machine does not work before closing the cover and the cover does not open before machine completely stops.



SAFETY SYSTEMS



• By means of vibration sensors; vibration preventive system is included.

• For safety of operator, cover opening and closing operation will be done by means of programmer.



CONTROL PANEL

Electro pneumatic control panel is consisting of the items below:

• Magnet-thermic type switches, motor protection and power control instruments.

• Low frequency auxiliary circuits.

• Electro valves and pneumatic control apparatus.

• Main construction from stainless steel material.

• Process control and buttons and signal lamps and abstract process view.
