DM-891 is a new generation textile sizing agent based on DM-818 modified starch .It not only inherits the advantage of DM-818 which is of stable viscosity and good slurry filming performance ,but also improves the yarn weavability by its better permeability and adhesion to fiber .It can be used to cotton ,polyester etc . fabrics .Generally mixed with other chemical agents

1.The viscosity of seriflux modulated by DM-891 is moderate and stable ,thus can meet the sizing process requirement .
2.The slurry film is tenacious yet soft ,the yarn hairness on surface of warp sizing is even and docile ,that can effectively improve the weave efficiency .The slurry film is transparent and smooth ,can keep the colour and lustre of dyed yarn .
3.Good compatibility with other chemical agents ,ensure the evenly of seriflux ,improve sizing quality .
4. The slurry film is transparent and smooth ,easy to desize , meet the environmental needs.

Usage
Add a certain amount of water into the slurry tank ,start the agitator ,gradually add the needed amount of DM-891 modified starch and any other textile sizing agent or additives ,stir evenly ,slowly heat up to 98℃ ,keep that temperature 30minutes after all the sizing agents dissolving; adjust the total volume of seriflux to process requirement ,test the viscosity and set aside .
