MACHINE SPECTS

Machine has modular construction system.

Machine operation has timer, all stages are automatically occurred. These stages have warnings and alerts for operator.

OUTER BASKET

It is stainless-steel material. This basket is assembled to bottom tray and can be disassembled easily.

INNER BASKET

All parts are produced from stainless steel material.

MACHINE LEGS

Special designed pistons mounted to legs, these pistons have ability to prevent vibration.

All materials of legs are selected from high quality hard materials.

COVER

All part is produced from stainless steel material. Cover is opened and closed by pneumatic piston automatically.

Machine has safety system by automation; not start before closing of the cover and not stops before opening the cover.

SAFETY SYSTEMS

Vibration sensor included and the system is fully produced for prevent the vibration.

For operator safety; opening of the cover is by means of programmer.
