Yingkou Xiaoyu Integrated Houses Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. The company located in Liaoning - Yingkou city Economic and Technological Development Zone, only 4km away from the new port of Yingkou and 170km from Dalian port. This location provides a convenient transportation network in import raw materials and export products.
Xiaoyu mainly engaged in the design and production for export or domestic use. In the early stage of the company's establishment, we introduced the Canadian timber framed house technology. Then Xiaoyu introduced the log cabin technology from Finland and Japan in 2004.Nowadays, with the efforts of all employees, Xiaoyu Wooden House has become a well-known brand in the wood structure industry.
We recently launched a new product: Bread house, which took us three years to develop. Bread house designed to meet customers' needs for comfortable small log cabin, and it is our first modular product.
The company covers an area of 40,000 square meters and a plant area of 13,000 square meters. We have four log cabin production lines, able to produce 1,500 sets a year. In 2014, we produced more than 800 wooden houses. The accuracy of processing is controlled within 0. 5mm.Nowadays, our company has 12 professional designers in log structures and becomes the largest professional timber structures design team in China. In addition, our key personnel in production and installation are more than 80. By the end of December 2019, the total number of contract staff is 306.More than 80 key personnel in production and installation technology.
