The date stones are sorted, washed, dried, roasted and ground.
Heart of dates is prepared like a Turkish coffee, (kaoua arbi)
Preparation pour 2dl of boiling water on a tablespoon of date heart powder, let steep 5 min.
You can flavor it with orange peels or a little ginger.
Date pits are hypoglycemic, consume in moderation.
Keep away from Light and moisture
