Used for adhering ceramic tiles on horizontal and vertical surfaces indoors and on ground applications in outdoors. Applied on cement based plaster on walls and on cement based grout and concrete slab in dry and moderate wet areas.
APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARING
The surface must be cleaned from form oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing materials. All the holes must be filled and repairs must be made with appropriate Entegre Repair Mortars before application. Application surface should be dampened with water if necessary.
PRİMEL 100® is applied on weak damp proof surfaces such as gypsum plaster before application and after drying of surface tile adhesive is applied.
MORTAR PREPARING AND APPLICATION
At first, water is put in the mixing bowl and KAROFIX® is added into it (5,75-6,25 lt. water/ 25 kg bag; 2,3-2,5 lt. water/ 10 kg bag), then it is mixed with a low speed electrical mixer until the lumps are removed. After waiting for 5 minutes it is mixed again to obtain fully homogeneous mortar. Prepared mortar is applied to a thickness of 8 mm, notches are made and then ceramic is adhered. The tile is placed with a plastic hammer to increase adhesion performance. If the coating is larger than 1100 cm2, the application must be done for both sides. After at least 24 hours, grouting is applied.

STORAGE & PACKING
• 25 kg kraft papers reinforced with polyethylene, in the pallets upon request.
• 1 year from the date of manufacture if stored in unopened original package; under dry, frost free conditions and arranged maximum 8 bags one above the other. Recommended to be consumed in 1 week after the package is opened.
• Opened bag must be closed tightly if it is not in use.
