This is a tool specifically for Kakiage making. Kakiage is a kind of Tempra usually with onion, carrots, green leaves and seafood all mixed.  You mix these ingredients with the dough made with flour, egg and water to deep fry in this mold. Prepare cooking oil at 160 to 180 degrees Celsius. Put the Kakiage ring mold into the pot with heated oil and through in the ingredients. You can prepare restaurant like Kakiage very easily at home. Serve the kakiage on top of rice or noodle. This one is good for preparing 2 to 3 servings in ordinary tempura pot. There are more sizes available upon request.
