DM-8163 is a new generation multipurpose sizing agent for textile which is developed by our company's researchers and  XI'an Polytechnic  University .This starch is of higher adhesive to hydrophilcity fibers,thus the slurry film are soft ,smooth ,transparent ,moderate strength .It can provide more  efficient and reliable safeguard for the sizing of  high count and high density wrap yarn .

1.DM-8163 is a POLYMERIZATION  sizing agent ,its  molecular structure contains  plenty of  ester group   ,carboxys group  ,hydroxy  group etc., thus ensure it can be applied to all kind of fibers .

2.DM-8163 is of  higher adhesive ,good filling ,transparent slurry film .The slashing is bright and clean with few hairiness ,the flexibility is good  after applying DM-8163.

3.The viscosity stability of DM-8163 is good ,it is of higher compatibility with starch ,PVA,Polypropylene slurry ,not  easy to layer ,can ensure the sizing evenly .

4.The slurry film of DM-8163  is moderate ,flexible and smooth ,the slashing is dry enough to ease .The cloth pattern is clean ,and the contexture is not easy to drop .

1.As main slurry :add a certain amount of water to the slurry tank ,start stirring ,add DM-8163 and other needed agents  ,stir evenly ,heat to 95℃,keep the temperature for 30-40 minutes  ,wait till the volume and concentration stabilized can be used to the sizing machine immediately.

2.Take place of the PVA: in cotton textiles ,DM-8163 can replace  PVA .Only need to add a certain proportion of DM-8163 to the slurry  .
