3.If we want some ink sample for test, what about the process?

If you need ink samples for your test, we can provide the free ink samples, (Desktop dye, pigment and sublimation ink 100ml, large format printer Sublimation, textile pigment and reactive ink 1KG/Color, Industrial printers MS, REGGINI 5KG/color, and you can ask your shipping forwarder to collect the samples from INKBANK factory or pay the freight and INKBANK send out via Fedex/DHL/TNT.

a. For order less than 2tons, it can be done in 4 working days

b. For order over 2tons and less than 5 tons, the goods can be done in 7 working days;

c. For order over 5tons and less than 10 tons, will be done in 14working days

d. For order over 10tons, it can be done in 20 working days.

2) For the goods delivery time, it depends on the shipping lines and way you choose

a. By air, the goods can be arrive in 7 working days

b. By sea, it depends on the shipping lines you choose.

All INKBANK goods have to pass strict tests before the goods leave INKBANK factory. If you have any problem, please provide the printer model, print setting, temperature and humidity in detail, we will reappear the problems you have confronted and provide you suggestion to solve them. If it is INKBANK problems, we will replace you the ink free all.
