Critical component annular plate
All annular plates cutted by Germany TRUMPF laser cutting machine, can reduce the deformation, improve demensional accuracy and surface finish. Material is SS304.
Critical component screw shaft.
HVOF technology of surface treatment of screw shaft. The black special hard material is sprayed on the outer diameter of the screw shaft to achieve the hardness of 1350HV(normal 1200HV), which prolongs the service life of the machine.
Motor
Using first-class reducers, Nord or SEW are optional due to your actual needs.
