YARN FIXING AND CONDITIONING MACHINE
Technical Specification of Yarn Steaming and Conditioning Machine:
Body : Machine body steel in a single piece AISI 304 quality stainless steel and thickness 4mm. Back and front cover in a single piece too AISI 304 quality thickness 5mm.
Loading System : To loading yarn to machine use yarn carrier. If machine montage floor level require bottom carrier. As an alternative loading system direct loading via transported is possible.
Vacuum System: Consist of vacuum pump and valve that connect pump and machine body. Vacuum pump works silent, without vibration, and low maintenance. Also vacuum pump has a mechanical seal so need very low maintenance and obtain maximum leakage. If pump service water warmth equal or lower 20 ° C pump make maximum vacuum up to %90.
Heating System : Machine has a indirect heating system and self produces saturated steam. Electrically (resistance) and steamy heating (steam exchanger) are possible. If customer prefer electrically heating uses Cr-Ni stainless steel resistance. Advantage of this machine not need steam source. In an electrically heating system, resistance power increase according to machine capacity. In steamy heating system uses steamy exchanger.
Discharge System: When machine complete conditioning process, if machine has press or vacuum, automatically open discharge valve and drain press or getting air. To obtain this process using on-off discharge valve.
Security System: To prevent exceeding safe press value (3 Bar) there are three systems on machine.
•Mechanically security valve
•Pressure Sensor
•Electromechanical press switch
Machine cover system is fully automatic and drives with hydraulic cylinder. Cover open and closed vertically. Automatic or Manuel cover opening and closing are prevented on high press and vacuum. Hydraulic cylinder equipped with flow adjustment valve that prevent fast dropping cover down when cover is open, if there are any failure cylinder supply system.
Parts of Machine: Conditioning machine consist of; Vacuum pump, vacuum valve, drain valve, water valve, resistance (or exchanger), security valve, cover system, hydraulic pump. There are roof plate that low thickness roof with high heat transfer properties to eliminate condense drippings on material. Rail for carrier easy loading and unloading. Perforated stainless steel to distribute steam uniform.
Appropriateness for Conditioning and Steaming : Machine obtains -1..3 bar and 0..135°C working conditions that appropriate all kind of nature and synthetic yarn. Vacuum operation and special steam distribution system allows for rapid processing cycles at uniform conditions of temperature in all parts of material.
Process Time : Process time including producing indirect steam is 45-60 minutes. (for cotton 55°C heating and 30 minutes conditioning)
Valves : PLC controls all valves. Automatic on-off valves are stainless steel quality is AISI 316.
Control Panel: All equipment in control panels that has CE certificate. Electric project and connection are appropriate CE directive. Control panel and user Manuel will give end user with machine.
Control System : Machine control system is completely PLC control. To obtain human machine interface is used touch screen operator panel. Temperature data measure with PT100, press data measure with vacuum sensor in high sensitivity degree. Temperature sensitivity ±0,5 degree and press sensitivity is ±0,1 bar. Fixing program can enter via operator panel and all step cons completed automatically. When finish steaming process cover opens automatically and warns operator. Press and temperature data can watch graphically from operator panel. Operator panel has 100 fixing program and each program has 15 steps. If any failure occurs while processing warns operator with flash lamp, siren and float name of failure in operator panel. Modem connection is possible for connection long distance to determine failure and if require software update for PLC.
Software : Software of PLC is written by our software engineers in our structure and updates day a day according to customer requirements and directives.
Insulation : 50mm thickness glass fibers cover AISI 430 or AISI 304 quality stainless steel thickness 0,55mm.
Maintenance cost and Environment Sensitivity: Steaming and conditioning machine requires very low maintenance. Daily and weekly maintenance is only order maintenance. Monthly maintenance; if machines use hard water, water must be drained and cleaned machine.
