Q: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A: For urgent items, it will need only 2-3 weeks for hard enamel pins, 1-2 weeks for soft enamel pins. Depending on your item, we
will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
Q: What's the order process?
A: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay 50% initial payment (you) > Create artwork (me) > Approval
(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me) > Balance payment (you) > Delivery (me)
Q: Can I get a product sample?
A: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid sample cost. And we will take picture during production for your check. If
you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.

A7-1: If you provide wrong info and confirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you have to afford to re-make them.
