1. The rubber mould is made of wear-resistant & heat resistant silicone; the temperature of outer aluminum mould is can be up to 200℃.
2. Lining is tightly pasted to the upper after moulding, and vamp is free of wrinkle, deformation or bubble, and for less damage.
3. It offers timely shape sampling, reduces the time for sample development and the cost of product.
4. The accurate shaping of instep makes the operation of front upper machine and the increase of output easily.
