Do you provide samples for testing?
Sure, we provide samples for testing. But the samples will be charged for the first time and be
refunded after making a bulk order. What is the MOQ? 1 piece or low amount order is welcomed.
What is Qi ? Qi is an universal standard for wireless charging technology established by Wireless Power Consortium(WPC). Products using the Qi standard must be tested rigorously to help ensure safety, interoperability and energy efficiency.
Does this chargers comply with QI standard?
Yes, Miézo has become the official member of Wireless Power Consortium(WPC). All of our wireless
chargers are QI certified, assuring a safe and reliable charging experience. Do you offer OEM service?
No. But we provide customized design service. If the customers have any specific requirement,
please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to meet the customers' need. What is your warranty policy? All of our products have 1 year limited warranty.
Does this product comes with a power adapter?
No, the power adapters are excluded in the package. The power adapters(the US standard only)
are available at an extra charge.
