2.What is your minimum quantity for each order? As usual, our MOQ is 10k. If your order qty is less than 10K, please don't hesitate to contact us , we'll try our best to make it work. .
3. Are the samples free? Yes, Normal samples are free. But PPS will be charged which depends on the project.
4.What's samples' leadtime? Samples leadtime is 7-15 days.
5.Which INCOTERM do you use mostly? EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF ,DDP are all acceptable.
6. What kind of documents can you supply after shipment? Telex-released bill of lading, invoice, packing list, detail packing list, will be send by email or as per your requests..
7.I can not find the products which I need from your website, can you help me? Yes for sure. Our focus is cosmetics packaging and related accessories. We probably won't be able to update new products in time. So please send us inquiry, we'll try our best to offer you a solution.
