5. Technical characteristics:
1) . The emulsion tank is a high-precision machine with a line speed of up to 10m/s. The material is subjected to rapid compression, stretching and shearing to make the material fully and optimally mixed.
2) . When repairing the machine, do not use a hammer to directly strike during the process of dis-assembly and reassembly. Use a wooden hammer or a wooden block to gently tap to avoid damaging parts.
3) . the machine seal: divided into static and dynamic seals. The static seal adopts O-shaped rubber ring and the dynamic seal adopts hard mechanical combined seal. It is found that the hard sealing surface is scratched and should be repaired on the flat glass or flat casting immediately. The abrasive is preferably ≥200# silicon carbide abrasive paste. If the seal is damaged or cracked, please replace it immediately.
4) . During the use process, regular maintenance should be carried out according to the processing materials.
5) . For the maintenance and use of the motor, please refer to the motor instruction manual.
6) . Most of the random spare parts are standard parts of the national standard and ministry, and the market procurement is more convenient.
7) . When replacing the sealing ring, first unscrew the stator, remove the impeller and replace the mechanical seal and 0-ring (usually replace it within one year
8). When replacing the bearing, remove the belt and loosen the fixing screw to remove the bearing sleeve and then replace the bearing to replace it (in general, the bearing is replaced every three years)
