Instruction For Use 1. To exposure the plunger, twist rear cap to break seal, then pull off. 2. To exposure the needle, twist needle cap to break seal, then pull straight off. Be careful not to bend needle. 3. To measure correct dose, align top edge of thinline plunger tip with dosage mark on the syringe scale. 4. Give an injection on the skin. 5. Use once only. To prevent misuse, discard the syringe and needle after injection. 6. For immediate use.
Warning For patient who mix two types of insulin, do not change (a)the order of mixing that the physician has prescribed or (b)the model and brand of the syringe or needle without first consulting your physician or pharmacist. Failure to heed this warning can result in dosage error. *In case the user overstresses the force in use, the needle may break and the patient may suffer from pain, infection and surgical operation because of the symptoms that occur in the percutaneous tissue and blood vessels.
