Q1: Can I have a sample for testing？Yes, pls check for the price of one sample, and the buyer shall afford the freight EXW Shanghai. However, we can arrange for the delivery to your door.Q2: Is OEM and ODM available?
Yes, most of our products can be OEM and ODM. If the product is customized with a new model, the modeling fee should be paid as a deposit before production. We will send a sample for customer’s confirmation before mass production. If the sample fails, we will do revision till it can meet customer’s requirements completely.
Q3: Which terms of trade are applicable?
If your order volume is below USD1000, our prices above can only be based on EXW Shanghai. When it is above USD1000, our prices can be FOB Shanghai by air or by sea or by train. We can also do delivery from door to door to cover freight @DDU, but excluding tariff and tax in the destination country, pls refer to your sales person for the detailed pricing case by case.
Q4: What’s your terms of payment?
We usually accept 100% prepayment, because Alibaba is a safe platform to keep the money until we make the delivery. We can provide remote video inspection for each shipment and will keep a good record of every shipment loading and status. We receive 100% customer satisfaction.
Q5: What's your technical support?
We will provide a video for assembling steps and maintenance procedure. If there’s some trouble from our customers, we can also give on-line guidance through WhatsApp or Skype or Wechat.
Q6: What's your quality guarantee?
For different products, there are different quality guarantee period. During that period, when the product is broken, customer shall provide the clear photos about the key parts, if that breakage was not caused by abusing, we will provide free parts by postal or carrier, the freight shall be paid by the buyer. We can also provide some free parts out of guarantee period as well, especially for our long-term customers.
