4 innovations
1) The double guide rod structure reduces the height of the column frame from 2.75m to 2.14m. Due to the reduced height of the column frame, the center of gravity is low, the movement is convenient, and the work is stable.
In the guide rails of the carriage and the legs, the hinged part of the base of the drill frame is provided with a flat toothed disc, which enhances the rigidity of the column and is stable and reliable during operation. Adding a weight plate on the machine makes the rig more convenient when moving, and it is more stable and reliable when working.
2) Setting the leg pad, even if the rig is not easily displaced on the loose soil, ensuring the smooth operation of the drilling operation.
3) Hydraulic power station
The second generation of the national patent, its power part is separated from the operating part, and it is only necessary to move the console separately with the drilling machine to realize multi-point operation.
The split pump station reduces the vibration of the operating part and prolongs the service life of components such as pressure gauges and piping.
4) Flexible pumping station configuration
There are three types of hand-operated diesel engines, electric starter diesel engines and electric motors: The power can be removed, which is good for field handling operations.
