Product Overview
Description
CGF8-8-3 type machine is composed of washer, filler, capper. It is suitable for purified water and mineral water filling. We
combined with international advanced isobaric filling process and technology to develop this type of advanced machine
independently. This machine conveys bottles by griping bottle mouth smoothly, normal pressure filling. Only need to change very
few parts, it could be applied to a variety of bottle types.
Characteristic:
The main body of the machine is structural steel. Appearance and frame are made of 304 stainless steel. Feet are adjustable.
1. Delivery system uses star wheel conveyor , smooth transmission. Stainless steel conveyor chain reduces deformation.
2. 8 washing heads. Chassis and flushing pipe are made of 304 stainless steel. , washing water filtration system.
3. 8 filling valves. The parts contacting water are made of 304 stainless steel. The inner surface is polished. Using advanced
professional steam containing filling valve produced by Nanjing light industry machinery company, it ensures the filling without
boiling reflux pipe, stainless steel drainage tube, no dead angle.
4. 3 screwing heads, using magnetic torque device, torque adjustment is convenient. Screwing head torque can be set according to
the actual production need.
Power system:
1. Main motor and reducer, frequency control of motor speed. Motion mechanisms moved by gear transmission, running stable. Each
bottle conveying star wheel is engineering plastic part, with safety protection structure.
2. PLC, inverter, relays, photoelectric switch, relay element, touch screen panel, imported pneumatic components.
