The DEBAO-118S-ZY type intelligent paper cup machine is using desktop layout, which isolates the transmission parts and molds. The transmission parts are under the desk, molds are on the desk, this layout is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The machine adopts automatic spray lubrication, longitudinal axis transmission structure, barrel type cylindrical indexing mechanism and the gear drive, ensuring the stability and quality of the whole machine. For electrical parts, PLC, photoelectric tracking and servo feeding are used to control the running. This type machine’s capacity is up to 120/min, suitable for the production of 5-16 ounces of cold/hot cups.
