Q1: Can we get a sample?

A1: Sample order is acceptable, we will refund you the sample order payment once you place us container order in the future.

Q2: What is your minimum order quantity?

A2: 10 sets per model, 1 container mixed with different models.

Q3: Will you accept our designs?

A3: OEM is welcomed, you can supply your own design or you can make a change on our design including size, material, hardware and others. Besides, we can put your logo on the package or in the product. We can supply logo stickers free of charge.

Q4: What are your Payment terms?

A4: 30% T/T deposit and the balance payment T/T against B/L, or L/C at sight.

Q5. How is your quality Control?

A5: We have inspection in every production process, covering:

(1) Incoming material inspection

(2) Inspection of work-in-progress

(3) Finished product inspection

(4) Random warehouse inspections

Q6 How long is the warranty period?

A6 All products frame have a 2-3 year quality guarantee,(non-human damage) Plastic parts and casters warranty 1 year. (non-human damage)(The above is for indoor use)

Outdoor maintenance for the frame for 2 years

Plastic and casters are guaranteed for one year.
