Seam tracking device

Welding seam tracker consists of a sensor probe, controller, and implementation agencies. Sensor probe contacts the workpiece, collecting the welding surface changes, through the control system to calculate, finally by implementing agencies to adjust the distance between torch and workpiece, ensure good welding quality.



Flux Recovery Device

Flux recovery device is to use the suction of air pump assembly (import or domestic) to recovery flux to the collecting device that is not melting while welding; then put them into the feed mechanism. It is installed on the manipulator cross arm.


Welding oscillator
The welding oscillator consists control system, stepping motor, and drive ball screw. Through the digital signal by the computer, it can achieve various swinging track according to the welding request, the oscillating width, speed, medium point, left, and right endpoint are adjustable.

3. Does your company accept CIF price?
CIF price includes the shipping cost of the CNC machine which needs to quote according to the different destination ports and
various in different months. Please contact us when you have such a need.
CIF price also includes marine premium which is 2‰ of 1.1*total amount.
4. What are your methods of transportation?
For most countries, we will transport our machine by sea, as for inland countries, we may use railway or highway transportation.
The exported CNC machine is all be packed by a wooden case which can be fixed into a 40 HQ.
5.If the machine is out-of-warranty, how to charge the cost of accessories?
For the out of warranty machine which needs to replacement parts, we will charge according to the parts quotation. If you have any
questions, please email us for consultation.
6. Does MC have a maintenance manual and operation manual?
Each CNC machine leaving the factory will be along with a related series or model the English instructions including maintenance manual and operation manual. Attached documentation may also include CNC controller instruction, parts instruction you bought(like
a rotary table, oil cooler).
