WH series industrial hose pump is suitable for handling aggressive, high viscosity, high-density products, such as abrasive slurries, corrosive acids, gaseous liquids, sand/cement mortar, liquid accelerator, etc., and it is also widely used for dosing pumps with 1% repeat precision.
WH series industrial hose pump working pressure from 0.6-3 Mpa, output from 0.3-55 m3/h. And we can provide customized service to design the suitable hose pump according to the requirements of the customer.

Working Principle
Working principle of WH series industrial hose pump
WH series industrial hose pump(squeeze pump)consists mainly of a pump house, rotor, idle, squeeze tube, and driving unit.
The squeeze hose is a U-shape in the pump house when the rotor drives the roller to rotate, the hose is deformed. After the roller rotates, the deformed hose recovers its elasticity. Thus the negative pressure in this hose is generated, sucking slurries, and discharging through the outlet under the roller's push, finally forming pressure conveying slurries.

In order to protect our squeeze peristaltic pump and avoid damage during transport, our hose pump adopts plywood box packaging. And we also provide customized packages as your requirement.
